## Acceptable Use Policy This policy defines acceptable use of company IT resources. ### Scope Applies to all employees, contractors, and third parties using Enteracloud-managed IT resources. ### Acceptable Use IT resources are for **business purposes**. Limited personal use is permitted if it: - Doesn't interfere with work - Doesn't consume excessive resources - Doesn't violate policies - Doesn't introduce security risks ### Prohibited Activities - Accessing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content - Installing unauthorized software or hardware - Sharing login credentials - Using resources for personal business - Bypassing security controls - Downloading pirated content - Using personal email for business without approval ### Monitoring The company may monitor use of IT resources.
