## Setting Up Email Forwarding Rules Outlook rules automatically manage incoming email, including forwarding messages. ### Creating a Forwarding Rule 1. **Outlook** \u2192 **File** \u2192 **Manage Rules & Alerts** 2. Click **"New Rule"** 3. Select **"Apply rule on messages I receive"** 4. Choose **conditions** (sender, subject words, etc.) 5. Select **"forward it to"** and enter recipient 6. Add **exceptions** if needed 7.
