## How to Reset Your Password If you've forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, follow this guide. ### Self-Service Password Reset 1. Go to the **login page** of the support portal 2. Click **"Forgot Password?"** below the login form 3. Enter your **company email address** 4. Check your inbox for a reset link (check spam/junk if needed) 5. Click the link and create a new password 6. Must be at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character ### Reset from Windows 1. Press **Ctrl + Alt + Delete** 2. Select **"Change a password"** 3. Enter your old password, then new password twice 4. Press Enter to confirm ### Password Requirements - Minimum 12 characters - Uppercase, lowercase, number, special character - Cannot reuse last 5 passwords - Expires every 90 days (14-day warning) > **Important:** Never share your password with anyone, including IT staff.
