Always use VPN for internal systems 2. Lock screen when stepping away 3. No public Wi-Fi without VPN \u2014 use mobile hotspot 4. Don't let others use your work device 5. Keep laptop secure and out of sight 6. Use privacy screen in public ### Communication - Available during **core hours** (10 AM \u2013 3 PM) - Respond within **30 minutes** during work hours - Keep **calendar** updated - Use **Teams status** for availability - Video calls from quiet, professional environment > **Tip:** Set up a dedicated workspace at home to separate work from personal life.
