## Connecting to VPN on macOS ### Setup 1. **System Settings** \u2192 **VPN** 2. Click **"Add VPN Configuration"** 3. Enter IT-provided settings (IKEv2, server address, remote ID) 4. Enter **authentication credentials** 5. Click **OK** ### Connecting 1. Click the **VPN icon** in menu bar, or System Settings \u2192 VPN 2. Toggle to **On** 3. Enter credentials if prompted ### Troubleshooting - **Connection Failed:** Verify server address. Delete and recreate config - **Drops:** Switch Wi-Fi/Ethernet. Check macOS updates - **Certificate errors:** Download latest cert from IT portal > **Tip:** Save config in your keychain to avoid re-entering credentials.
